By using our website, booking an appointment, or opting in to receive messages, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Eligibility (Age Restriction)

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our website, opt in to SMS messages, or book your own appointment. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must book and consent to communications on your behalf. By using our services you represent that you are at least 18 or have parental consent.

2. Our Services

Nana's Hair Braiding provides professional hair braiding services including but not limited to knotless braids, boho braids, stitch braids, cornrows, Fulani braids, and kids braids. Services are performed by appointment at our studio located at 7865 Broadway, Lemon Grove, CA 91945.

Pricing displayed on our website is a starting price. Final cost depends on length, size, hair added, and complexity, and will be confirmed at consultation.

3. SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in (via our website form, booking confirmation, or by texting us first), you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from Nana's Hair Braiding. Consent to receive these messages is not a condition of purchasing any service.

• Appointment confirmations when you book.
• Reminders 24–48 hours before your appointment.
• Schedule changes or cancellations.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us, typically 2–8 messages per month. You may receive more messages during active bookings.

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to any text messages sent or received. Nana's Hair Braiding does not charge a fee for receiving our messages, but your carrier's standard rates apply. Please check with your wireless provider for the details of your messaging plan.

6. Carrier Liability Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to the effective transmission from your wireless service provider. T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and other carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Nana's Hair Braiding makes no warranty regarding the timeliness or successful delivery of any SMS message.

7. Bookings, Deposits & Cancellations

• Appointments are scheduled in advance and may require a non-refundable deposit to secure the booking.
• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment may forfeit the deposit.
• No-shows may be charged the full service price and may not be able to book future appointments.

You agree not to:

• Use our website or services for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false, misleading, or impersonating information.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten any staff member or other client.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with their operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nana's Hair Braiding, its owner, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or communications — including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions.

Our total liability for any direct damages will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
